How can I tell if I need a complete roof replacement?
What factors impact the cost of a roof replacement?
The main factors that impact the price are the roof’s size, pitch, new material selection, and the extent of any existing damage. Our team provides a free estimate that details what work needs to be done and how much we expect it to cost, barring any hidden issues, so you have a transparent price for your project.
How do I tell if my roof has storm damage?
Signs of damage include missing or visibly damaged shingles, dents in vents or gutters, visible interior leaks, or loose debris on the roof. The best way to get a complete picture is to schedule a free storm damage assessment with our team, who can safely inspect your roof and provide a detailed report on any damage incurred during a storm.
Do you offer assistance with storm damage insurance claims?
Yes, we have extensive experience working with insurance companies and can help you navigate the claims process. Our team will provide detailed documentation for the claim and can even work directly with your adjuster to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
How do I decide between a roof repair and a full replacement?
The best decision will ultimately depend on the condition of your roofing. Many minor leaks or issues caused by isolated damage can be repaired without the need for a complete roof replacement. However, widespread or intense structural damage often requires a complete replacement to ensure your roof will perform well. We will assess the damage and provide you with a clear, honest assessment and recommendation based on your unique situation.
What gutter services do you offer?
We offer new gutter installations as well as gutter repairs.
How do I know if I need gutter repair or replacement?
Signs of a problem with your gutters include gutters pulling away from the roofline, visible cracks or rust, and standing water around your home’s foundation after rainfall. Sagging or constant overflowing are also good indicators that it’s time to repair or replace your gutters. We will assess them and provide a detailed estimate for your unique needs.
